How long does it take after registering before my site is available?
The site will be available within 8 hours. We validate all registrations personally prior to activation.
Do you offer CPanel and Plesk control panels?
Nope. The reasons are many and long but for the near term Directadmin and Virtualmin meet our customer's performance and customization needs.
Will you install application XXX for me?
Probably not but ask us anyways.
Do you provide Ruby Rails hosting or Java hosting?
Nope.
What frameworks do you offer?
Symfony, CakePHP and PEAR. If you need additional frameworks, consider our VPS plans.
Do you offer Reseller hosting plans?
Reselling is available by using the VPS hosting.

What technology do you use and why?
Xen. It provides the best combination of performance and server isolation for our customers.
Can I request a different OS or linux distribution?
You can pick from 3 options: centos, CentOS or CENTOS. These are the only distributions we provide.
Do you offer discount pricing if we manage the VPS ourselves?
Nope. All VPS are fully managed. We perform OS updates, control panel updates, security hardening and more. No exceptions.
What hardware do you run on?
All VPS run on Dell 4 core Opteron servers with RAID 1 and 6 to 12 GB of RAM.
Billing
Do you accept payments from other sources than Paypal?
Nope. Complain to other banking merchant providers to add functionality and lower their costs. Paypal simply offers the most for the least.
Do you offer a free trial?
15 day on shared hosting. No free trials for the VPS.
Do you charge a setup fee for the VPS?
Nope.
Do you offer incentives or discounts for purchasing in longer billing cycles (12 month, 6 month, etc)?
Nope. We only offer simple flat rate monthly pricing.
